We have spent the last couple of days in Sydney with John's cousin Vickie and her husband Stewart.  We have had a chance to recoup, do laundry and they have been very kind to show us some sights.

This is a beach not too far from there place.  The surfers is a gym class from a nearby school. 

We then took a drive to kuringai National Park.  We had a nice lunch and saw some more beautiful scenery

Maybe we will pick one of these up to bring home to the lake

We are flying from Sydney to Ayer's Rock tomorrow.  It is going to be 40C there.
