We have made it to venice around 8am.  Now we have to wait until 3.  We did some walking around

Some of the streets are flooding.   I think it has something to do with high tide.

    Yes the water can be crazy in the streets but it's an amazing place. Glad you arrived safely and are having a chance to wander the streets. The Murano glass is cool but hard to tell the difference from some of the knock offs. Enjoy!!
